JUNIOR VISUAL AI CREATIVE (d/f/m)

We are looking for a Junior Visual AI Creative from the fields of film, photography, design or digital arts. The focus of your work at Jazzunique will be on HUG-studio.ai projects.

That is why we rely on a great deal of creative sharing and an interdisciplinary approach. We do also believe in the power of flat hierarchies, though with the caveat that each one of us has to find their own personal place. For this reason all positions at our agency are clearly structured.

HUG-studio.ai is a collaboration between Jazzunique and János Déri. We combine our long-standing expertise in designing experiences with international know-how in visionary visual design. As a future-oriented studio, we create experiences through radical aesthetics at the intersection of human perception and emotion.

• You manage the entire visual content creation process — from the initial prompt to the final asset — using AI tools to transform your creative ideas into reality

• With great attention to detail, you fine-tune AI-generated outputs and handle the final preparation of the content

• You develop holistic concepts and mood boards using generative AI to define the aesthetic vision of our projects

• You experiment with new AI tools and build prompt libraries to ensure consistent design standards across all projects

• You develop and optimize AI-driven workflows to take our creative processes to the next level

• You are part of the creative core at HUG-studio.ai, pushing the boundaries of visual AI and storytelling together with us in a multidisciplinary environment

• You hold a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Film, Photography, Digital Arts, or you have a comparable qualification

• You use AI as a tool to translate your photographic or cinematic intuition into a new reality

• You have a deep understanding of composition, lighting, and typography, and you instantly recognize the difference between "standard AI" and radical aesthetics

• You don’t copy trends - You possess your own visual language and are passionate about digital evolution

• You have a keen eye for textures, shadows, and the subtle nuances that others might overlook

• Look forward to the opportunity to learn a lot, develop your skills in the field of AI and design and contribute your own ideas

• Work flexibly in terms of working hours and location (remote work option after onboarding)
